Origins

The name Glyphic comes from hieroglyphics, one of the earliest forms of storytelling in human history. Ancient civilizations carved their stories, beliefs, and milestones into stone so they would endure for generations. One of the most powerful historical moments of all was when God carved the Ten Commandments into stone. A symbol that what matters most should be preserved and remembered.

That idea became the inspiration behind Glyphic Events.

Our vision was simple yet powerful: to capture life’s most important celebrations in a way that preserves them like history itself. By combining a passion for storytelling, history, and unforgettable experiences, Glyphic Events was created to turn life’s milestones into timeless memories.

The Creation

Glyphic Events was founded by Tracy Martinez and with the assistance of Eduardo Zurita, two passionate creators dedicated to transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences. What began as a shared vision has grown into a brand focused on storytelling, creativity, and excellence in event production. Together, we work closely with every client to understand their vision and bring it to life with precision, artistry, and care.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. Glyphic Events is available for events in the local area and can travel for special bookings. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and quinceañeras, as dates can fill quickly. Booking several months in advance ensures your date is secured.

How long does it take to receive photos or videos after the event?

Delivery timelines for edited photos and videos will vary depending on the size and scale of the event. The estimated time will be discussed with the client in advance and clearly outlined in the contract

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due before the event.

Can we customize a package for our event?

Absolutely. Every event is unique, so we are happy to customize packages based on your vision, coverage needs, and event size.

How do we book Glyphic Events?

Booking is simple. You can contact us through our website, social media, or email to check availability and discuss your event details.

Do we have a phone a number?

Yes, however since the high demand of spam we do not publicize our number. Therefore you can contact us by filling out our form, so we get a better understanding of your event and we will contact you with 2-5 days.

What those process look like?

We require a deposit for you to set up the day. Once done that, we contact you and schedule a call. Further down the line we schedule another call for last minute questions. In addition, Some couples do like to invite us for the rehearsal so therefore we get more familiar and analyze the set up (this is optional). Finally, event date! We make sure to capture all moments worth remembering.
